ZINNIA JAKARTA
Service Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and commissioning of food processing and packaging machines
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and preventive maintenance work
- Prepare and submit service reports
- Deliver consistent service support for all customers
- Liaising with suppliers for parts-related logistics matters
- Work closely with logistics department on machine installation and parts delivery
- Monitor and report Customer feedback
- Devise the most cost-effective machine servicing plan
- Update Admin department so inventory is accurate
- Regular review of service performance to Singapore head office
- Work with Sales department to propose orders to increase profit margin
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Covering duty during team member’s absence
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong technical skills.
- Hands-on repair and food industry experience preferred.
- Driving License: Class 3 Manual
- Required Skill(s): Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Microsoft Office
- Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC (Mechanical/Electrical) with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Machinery Repair/Maintenance.
- Remuneration will be based on experience.
- Language required: English.
- Must be willing to travel for overseas assignments.
- Food processing machines require handling of pork and beef.
Sales Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source for new clients (cold calling, networking at industry events, etc.)
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Maintain existing customer relationships
- Provide consistent sales support
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Liaising with suppliers for sales matters
- Coordinate sales and inventory between Malaysia branch and Singapore head office
- Regular review of sales performance and KPIs to Singapore head office
- Devise the most cost-effective expansion strategy
- Work with Technical department to propose orders to increase profit margin
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Covering duty during team member’s absence
REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated and driven personality
- Driving License: Class 3 Manual
- Required Skill(s): ERP Software, Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): English
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Finance/Economics
- At least 2 – 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales (Engineering) or equivalent is required for this position.
- Must be willing to travel for overseas assignments.

Senior Service Technician
